Pepe Valencia has 30 years of experience in visual effects, animation and digital cinematography. He founded BARABOOM! Studios in 2009. BARABOOM! is an expression used by magicians when they perform magic: BARABOOM!.

Pepe’s passion is in the performance of creating worlds magically starting from nothing, using Visualization and new technologies to push forward the art of storytelling. Prior to BARABOOM! he spent more than a decade at Sony Imageworks where he served as Animation Supervisor.
